Diving into the new EXP_Tools to replace the outdated, brittle and unpythonic EXP_Game_Tools. This has brought to light many issues within the rules. EXP_Tools has not been publicly exposed just yet. Need to do more thorough testing. The original plan was the write EXP_Tools using the open source QT tools to allow for a more PWA like experience. That abstraction is going to have to wait.
The approach the robot hite and wate lead to mostly small dense robots, and robots that were supposed to be large sized (bigger than most anthros) were consistently much smaller than anthros. This was happening due to the robot size rules being based on density instead of description. So not now the size category determines the hite of the robot on one table and another table determines the wate. This means that there can be tall, light robots.
The nomenclature for massively oversized robots was “Giga” this was causing troubles with Gigantic aliens and robots. So giga sized robots are now colossal robots. Colossal robots weigh in at tonnes and can be 10s of meters high. They are not meant to be player personas, and only rarely appear as referee personas.
