It looks like my latest upload deleted the .htaccess file that allows for the rule.expgame.com to work naturally. By all accounts (only mine) things are working now. Thankfully a kind observer pointed out the 403 error.
There will be some intentional borking of the roll playing rules for the next week or so. I will be pushing the site before all vocations are updated to the new knowledge and skills. It will be okay I have retained a PR firm to manage the onslaught of complaints.
